1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By visiting, downloading, installing, purchasing from, or using Save4k, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using Save4k and remove the application.
You may use Save4k only where lawful. You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required where you live. You must not use Save4k if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, or other law.
2. Grant of Use
Subject to these Terms and successful payment, Save4k grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased version of the application and its included features.
The licence is for the plan and access period selected at checkout. It does not give you ownership of Save4k, its source code, branding, or any third-party content. You may not copy, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, transfer, share, crack, or commercially redistribute the application or its activation key.
3. Intellectual Property
Save4k's software, name, branding, design, text, graphics, scripts, source code, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Save4k. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited licence expressly granted here, you may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, mirror, frame, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Save4k or its proprietary materials.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for media files, links, prompts, edits, exports, and other material that you submit to or process with Save4k. You represent that you own or have all permissions and rights needed for your use.
You must not submit or process content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates another person's rights. Save4k does not claim ownership of your content.
You grant Save4k only the limited technical permission needed to process your content and provide the requested feature. We do not intend to operate a permanent public file-hosting or file-sharing service.
5. Permitted and Lawful Use
You may use Save4k only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rules of the platform where the content originates. You must have the necessary rights, licence, permission, or other lawful basis before downloading, converting, storing, or using any content.
Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
- Converting media you own or have created.
- Processing content available under a Creative Commons licence or in the public domain.
- Format-shifting content for personal, non-commercial use where permitted by applicable law.
- Archiving media for which you hold a valid licence.
You must not use Save4k to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; download unauthorised or unlawful content; bypass technical protection measures (including DRM); redistribute copyrighted content without permission; or facilitate piracy or other illegal activity.
6. Third-Party Content
Save4k may interact with third-party websites, platforms, formats, or services at your direction. We do not select, own, verify, host, endorse, or control third-party content.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, permissions, and laws that apply to the source of any content. Save4k does not encourage, endorse, or assist in violating any third-party platform's terms of service or rules.
Save4k is independent from YouTube and all other third-party platforms and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with them. All trademarks and brand names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners.
7. User Conduct
You must not use Save4k to violate law or another person's rights, infringe copyright or trademarks, bypass DRM or other technical protection, redistribute copyrighted content without permission, or facilitate piracy.
You must not use bots, crawlers, data-mining tools, malware, excessive automated requests, false headers, or other methods to overload, monitor, copy, disrupt, or circumvent Save4k or its security features. You must not resell access, share keys, impersonate another person, or use Save4k to process unlawful material.
8. Services and Media Studio
Save4k provides media-format conversion and Media Studio features that may include supported format conversion, organisation, editing, export, or other processing tools. Features vary by application, device, operating system, plan, and version.
Where processing occurs locally on your device, your files remain subject to the permissions and security of that device. Where an online feature is used, files or links may be processed temporarily to complete the requested operation. We do not promise permanent compatibility with any third-party platform, format, codec, or source.
9. Plans, Fees and Payments
Save4k offers the following one-time purchase plans, subject to the plan details shown at checkout:
- 1 Month: access for one month from activation.
- 6 Months: access for six months from activation.
- Lifetime: access for the supported lifetime of the purchased product version, not the lifetime of a person.
All plans are paid once and do not automatically renew. A Lifetime plan does not promise every future major version, separate product, or feature unless the checkout or product description expressly says so. Prices, included features, currency, taxes, and device limits are shown before payment.
Payments are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout and are subject to that provider's terms. Save4k does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers. You must use an authorised payment method. We may refuse or cancel a transaction showing signs of fraud, abuse, unauthorised resale, or unlawful use. Transactions showing signs of fraud or unauthorised use may be investigated and may result in suspension or restriction of access, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund eligibility, request process, and applicable time limits are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Save4k paid plans are one-time purchases for the access period shown at checkout. They do not automatically renew and no recurring charge will be made. If you purchase another access period after the first one ends, it will be a separate transaction.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe that content made available through Save4k infringes your rights, submit a written copyright complaint to [email protected]. A complete notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location on or through Save4k.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If access is restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected person may submit a counter-notice containing their signature, the removed material and prior location, a good-faith mistake statement, contact information, and consent to applicable service of process.
We may act on complete complaints and may restrict repeat or serious infringement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, security requirements, or product features change. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Save4k, your breach of these Terms, or your content and related rights violations. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
Save4k is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every source or device, or suitable for your particular needs.
You use Save4k and any processed or exported file at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save4k is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, third-party content, or inability to use it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. General Terms
These Terms, together with the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Copyright Policy, form the agreement governing your use of Save4k. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms or your licence except as expressly permitted in writing.
These Terms are governed by the mandatory laws that apply to you and the operator. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer, payment-provider, or dispute rights.
16. License Types and Activations
The 1 Month and 6 Months plans expire at the end of their stated access periods. The Lifetime plan remains available for the supported lifetime of the purchased product version, subject to these Terms and termination for a material violation.
Unless the checkout states otherwise, a plan may be activated on up to five devices belonging to the same purchaser. Activation limits are not a licence to share, resell, or transfer a key. Any activation or transfer exception must be approved through the published support channel and may be refused for fraud, abuse, refund, or chargeback risk.
